Wire Stripper Assembler - The Assembler I is responsible for reading work orders and blueprints, performing quality inspections, and assembly. Robotic Grinding Machine Operator - The CNC Operator II is responsible for reading work orders and blueprints, completing quality inspections, troubleshooting minor machine issues, and deburring cut tools. The operator loads coinings (unfinished side of a tool) into the machine and unloads when complete. At the beginning of each new order and periodically during the shift, the operator will obtain measurements from a computerized measuring machine or from manual quality inspections and enter them into a computer database. Based on the measurements, the operator may be required to perform offsets or adjustments to the machine. In addition, this position may be required to complete preventative maintenance.
