Soup: Chicken Sancocho – Chicken broth, shredded chicken, potato, yucca, cilantro, corn, onion, garlic, and Puerto Rican spices. Filled with flavor!    Cup $4    Bowl $5

Salad: Rico en Salada – Romaine and ice burg lettuce, red cabbage, candied bacon, shredded grilled chicken, tomato, oven-roasted yucca, corn-off-the-cob, fried plantains, & ranch dressing.   $8

Sandwich: Tripleta (three meats) A Puerto Rican favorite! Ham, roasted pork, sirloin steak, Swiss cheese, romaine, tomato, & fried plantain on Cuban bread! Your choice of a side item.   $10

Entree: Camarones al Ajillo–(translates to Garlic Shrimp) Garlic shrimp, green & red bell peppers, & onion in a seasoned tomato sauce over white rice. Served with garlic bread. $11

Dessert: Coconut Flan– An egg custard made with cream of coconut, topped with toasted coconut, and served with mixed berries! Yum! $4
