MISD Robotics Win Big!  - Our unstoppable Vinegar Vikings were invited to a second round of regional qualifiers on Monday—and they absolutely seized the moment. This weekend, they stormed the competition with a flawless 8–0 record and brought home the prestigious Innovate Award! But wait… it gets even better. These powerhouse Vikings have officially been named one of the TOP teams in the WORLD and are heading to the Regional Championship! If you see THESE robotics rockstars—or their incredible coaches, Mrs. Hinojosa, Mr. Green, or Ms. Abrams—be sure to give them a huge congratulations and good luck!

DECA Dominates Dallas - Our incredible DECA students and advisors spent three action‑packed days competing in Dallas this past weekend, and they represented our campus with outstanding professionalism, respect, and pride. Twenty-two students earned a trip to the stage for finishing in the top 8 for their event, and 6 students advanced to the International Career Development Conference next month in Atlanta! We could not be prouder of the hard work, leadership, and dedication that our students—and our amazing DECA advisors—showed throughout the entire competition. Thank you, Mr. Crow, Mrs. Wilson, Ms. Hoenig, and Mrs. Lampe!
